What to expect from us:


  • As Deputy Production Manager (m/f/d) for our object carpentry, you will be responsible for work preparation together with the operations manager and plan and control production processes in our carpentry team.
  • The range of tasks includes taking measurements, creating offers and ordering materials, as well as creating and maintaining parts lists/work plans.
  • You coordinate production and assembly, actively work in a team, and constantly keep an eye on the quality of ongoing work.
  • In addition, we offer space for your own ideas and creative solutions in project implementation.

What you bring with you:


  • You ideally have a completed apprenticeship as a master carpenter/wood technician (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification.
  • In addition to relevant experience in a similar position as a master carpenter (m/f/d) or many years of experience as a carpenter (m/f/d) in production with deputy function, you have experience in work preparation, production, and personnel responsibility.
  • You have CAD knowledge and experience in CNC programming.
  • You are creative and have a good eye for furniture construction.
  • We expect material knowledge.
  • You are quick to get involved, keep an overview even in stressful phases, and are reliable and flexible.
  • You have physical resilience and teamwork is your top priority.
