    Position Summary:

    Leads the team by setting a good example and influencing them to work their bestEnsures team members work to established systems and work instructionHelps ensure company polices (e.g., personnel, safety, environmental) are followed by teamCreates awareness with team members to reduce repetitive errorsMonitors and coaches team member to work efficiently and encourages improvementAssists supervisor with timekeeping requirementsHelps ensure necessary supplies are available and toolsets are in good working orderServes as backup for absent personnelMust be a US person (i.e.

    , citizen or permanent resident)

    Computer skills:
    Intermediate (e.g., look up files, complete forms, database entries, etc.)

    Skilled in appropriate and accurate use of measuring tools (microscopes, calipers, micrometers, optical comparators, toolmakers microscope, etc.)Safety consciousStrong attention to detail and highly organizedQuick study or fast learnerSkilled in juggling multiple priorities in a high pressure, fast-paced manufacturing environmentEducation & Experience:
    High School Diploma or EquivalentMechanically inclined a plusESD knowledge a plusMicroscope skills & experience is a plusBasic chemical awareness is a plusAbility to work with people of diverse backgrounds

    Physical Requirements:

    Manual dexterity and fine motor skills20/20 vision (with corrective lenses)No physical sensitivities or limitations to chemical handlingNo physical limitations to standing, lifting up to 10#s, pushing, bending, walking, etc.
