    **Cleaner- 5 hours Monday to Friday- PM schedule**

    Albany, NY LCS Facility Group is the premier outsourcing partner and an industry leader, providing the highest quality expertise, professionalism and full-service facilities maintenance and specialty services to the commercial sector.

    Our location in Albany NY is accepting applicants for custodian, this position completes the assigned tasks and are not limited to cleaning all areas, housekeeping of bathrooms, classrooms, detail clean-up work and common areas.

    **Monday to Friday- 4:30 PM to 9:30 pm, must have reliable transportation and be available to start employment immediately****

    **DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:**

    Working knowledge of basic housekeeping tasks

    Provides excellent customer service each day

    Maintains custodial and stewarding supplies

    Follows a monthly on-call schedule for weekend and overtime coverage as needed

    The position involves walking, standing for long periods of time and includes stooping, squatting, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, bending and climbing stairs.

    **EXPERIENCE:**

    1 year experience preferable but we will train,

    High School Diploma or GED
