Training Precision Tool Mechanic (m/f/d) / Specialization in Machining Tools

The 3.5-year training takes place according to the dual system, i.e. in the training company and in the responsible vocational school.
Work is mainly carried out on state-of-the-art automatically controlled machines, which enable absolute precision and also bring work relief. Nevertheless, manual skills in metal processing are always in demand.

The processing of different and innovative materials as well as the combination of several production processes in one tool pose ever higher demands on the precision tool quality and tool grinding technology. And that's exactly what makes the profession so varied and interesting.

Tasks:

Setting up and operating CNC-controlled machine tools
- Manufacturing and regrinding cutting tools
- Quality control and measurement of tools
- Maintenance of operating resources
- and much more.......

Profile:

Good secondary school leaving certificate / intermediate educational qualification
- Interest in metal and technology
- Manual dexterity
- Sense of responsibility, independent, careful and precise working method
- Teamwork & flexibility
