Description
At the earliest possible date, on behalf of my client company, a successful e-commerce company, I am looking for a Deputy (m/f/d) in Customer Service at the Leipzig location for a permanent position.
Responsibilities:
- Competent telephone initial consultation with customers regarding consumer loans and clarification of customer inquiries (e.g. "How does the loan comparison work?", clarification of terminology, scheduling callbacks, technical assistance with system operation)
- Interface between customers and credit counseling
- Professional handling of written customer inquiries
- Creation of evaluations
- Data entry and maintenance
Qualifications:
- Completed commercial training or at least 2 years of professional experience in a customer serviceoriented profession
- Enjoyment of telephone and written customer care
- High level of customer orientation combined with strong communication skills
- Reliability and teamwork are a given for you
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
