We are looking for an enthusiastic and versatile PAYROLL ACCOUNTANT (m/f/d) in full-time or part-time, who wants to shape our common path and unleash their potential.

We, th, are a rapidly growing and nationally active tax consulting company, primarily advising medium-sized clients from various industries.

Our team consists of approximately 70 specialized professionals, experts in the fields of tax law, auditing, financial and payroll accounting, and is mainly located in Heidelberg, Mannheim, Weinheim and Schönau.

Areas of responsibility:


  • Independent execution of monthly payroll accounting for a defined client base
  • Processing of payroll tax and social security issues
  • Direct contact person for clients, employees, social security agencies, authorities and health insurance companies
  • Recording and maintenance of master and movement data
  • Participation in payroll tax and pension insurance audits
  • Participation in shaping internal processes in the respective department

  • Completed commercial training and excellent knowledge in the field of payroll
  • Professional experience in payroll at a tax consulting company
  • Enjoyment of digital work and sound knowledge of DATEV
  • Responsible, reliable and clientoriented way of working
