In this role, you will be responsible for providing telephone and on-site IT support for our factory IT and production systems at our Hamm location.
Your duties will include administering user accounts in IT systems throughout their entire lifecycle, procuring, installing, and configuring PCs, printers, and mobile devices, and assisting with the operation of local infrastructure in close collaboration with team members at our central locations.
You will also be responsible for inventorying and documenting IT-related systems and processes, as well as providing administrative support for various hardware and software systems in a production environment.
Additionally, you will be involved in creating concepts for connecting production systems to the IT infrastructure and supporting the implementation and commissioning of new production systems.
To be successful in this role, you should have a completed apprenticeship as an IT specialist (m/f/d) specializing in system integration or a comparable qualification.
