We, a medium-sized company in the sales, rental, and service of construction articles and machinery, are looking for a *Customer Advisor/Dispatcher (m/f/d)* to strengthen our sales team at our Barsbüttel branch.

*Your responsibilities:

Personal and telephone consultation of our customers regarding the sale and rental of modular spaces
Compilation of offer documents (drawings, technical documentation, supplier offers), as well as clarification and specification of inquiries
Preparation and coordination of ongoing projects
Administrative and organizational tasks, such as invoice processing
Close collaboration and coordination within the team, with our technicians, and external service providers

*Your profile:

Completed commercial or technical education, ideally with professional experience in a similar position
Sales and service orientation, as well as enjoyment of customer interaction
Commitment, reliability, and teamwork are essential
Strong communication skills
Very good numerical understanding, as well as entrepreneurial thinking and acting
Structured way of working
Proficient in MS Office applications
Knowledge of Microsoft NAV merchandise management is desirable
