Credit Risk Management Specialist - Taylor Landing, TX

Location: Kassel/Frankfurt a. M./Offenbach

Your Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for independently reviewing real estate appraisals from savings banks for compliance with the BelWertV regulations. The range of properties includes small residential loans as well as complex commercial real estate.
You will be responsible for independently answering appraisalrelated questions from savings banks and supporting the onboarding process with new savings banks. This will involve direct communication with our savings banks.
Through taking on tasks independently and developing processes, you will make a significant contribution to our growing business of covering loans in the bank's collateral pool. You will also regularly communicate with relevant departments within the bank.
You will support the internal and external presence of our team and actively contribute your ideas.

Your Profile:

You have further specialized in your field after completing a technical or commercial education (e.g. bank specialist, bank business administrator, real estate agent, appraiser) and ideally have knowledge of real estate appraisal in terms of property evaluations, appraisals, and relevant loantovalue methods, the BelWertV regulations, land registers, credit collateral, or experience in real estate lending.
Efficient selforganization, independence, and decisiveness will help you fulfill your tasks. You approach problems pragmatically and goaloriented and have good communication skills, a confident and professional demeanor,
