    Capacity is a provider of e-commerce fulfillment services to high end beauty and skincare companies, working closely with C-level executives and entrepreneurs.


    About the Position:
    The

    Integration Analyst


    will be a valued member of the organization who will be primarily focused on building new integrations and maintaining the existing ones.

    This position requires a candidate who can work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

    This position offers a competitive compensation package (including base salary, bonus, benefits) sufficient to attract a superior candidate, compensation to be based on candidate background and qualifications.

    This person is expected to work from our North Brunswick NJ office.


    Responsibilities:

    Work closely with clients and partners to identify integration requirements and help in onboarding.
    Collaborate with clients and external partners to build, test and maintain integrations (primarily RestAPI) and workflows.
    Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues and provide technical support to customers regarding their integrations.
    Maintain and provide support for other existing integrations (Flat Files, xml, csv, etc)
    Provide operational support for internal applications, database servers and databases.
    Design, develop, maintain, and troubleshoot software applications.


    Qualifications:
    This job requires attention to detail and the ability to multitask, excellent troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
    Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a similar field.
    Experience in Supply chain preferred.
    A minimum of 2+ years' experience in order management (ASN, Invoice, Purchase orders)
    1-2 years' experience of software programming .NET including SQL Server would be an added advantage.
    Experience with RestAPI.
    Preferred knowledge of EDI (850,860,855,856,810)
    Preferred knowledge of fulfillment lifecycle of B2B/Wholesale/EDI orders
    Analytical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
    Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    Experience with end-user training.
