This position performs technical work involving Small Arms Systems and requires the ability to select and adapt established methods procedures and techniques relative to small and medium caliber weapons system testing.Responsibilities
- Performs standard or non-standard tasks related to test setup test execution test teardown test item disposition weapon maintenance facility operation.
- Fabricates targets emplaces test stands sets up operates instrumentation operates maintains specialized facility equipment such as mounts boresights quadrants environmental conditioning chambers air filtration systems.
