Our Club Manager sits at the core of our business.

Dedicated to providing the best fitness experience for our members and guests by providing outstanding customer service and creating a healthy, clean, fun environment for them to enjoy.

As an Assistant Club Manager, you will learn & develop the skills to:

  • Hire, Develop, & Motivate exceptional Front Desk, Janitorial, and Kids Klub teams.
  • Assist with Customer Service and ensure our members feel welcomed and address customer concerns with suitable solutions.
  • Supervise employee productivity while providing guidance & support.
  • Assist in meeting set revenue goals.
  • Assist and develop knowledge of facility maintenance by working with our facility team and outside vendors to ensure cleanliness and functionality of our facility.
  • Manage supply inventory and budgets.
  • Assist in Outgoing and Incoming phone calls to address member concerns and update billing information.
The Club Manager works alongside the Sales Manager and Personal Training Manager to create a successful club. Club Managers that excel have the opportunity to be promoted to higher management levels within the company.


Details:


This position is for an Club Manager In Training and is a full time position with Health Benefits and includes a Complimentary Gym Membership.

Salary is based on an hourly rate PLUS commission.

Must be 18 years of age with reliable transportation.

1 year management experience preferred but not required.

Education Level:
Bachelors Degree. (Applicants with strong management experience in lieu of degree will be considered and are encouraged to apply).


Salary:
$35, $45,000.00 per year
