Overview:
The Lead PSA must have 3-5 years of experience working in a physician practice. You will oversee front-end operations of the practice in partnership with the Office Manager. You will play a vital role in accommodating our patient's needs by providing exemplary customer service.

Responsibilities:


  • Front office duties: greeting patients, answering phone, scheduling patient and verifying insurances.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of insurance issues effecting patient care
  • Duties related to patient care in a teambased care and integrative health environment.
  • Manage tasks for the Physician
  • Be able to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Manage/Assist with projects associated wit the practice.
  • Order and Manage inventory for the department.
  • Promote professional development opportunities within the department.
  • Facilitate effective communication among staff members.

Requirements:


  • Knowledge of medical terminology, ability to maintain an image of professionalism in appearance and conduct at all times, understanding of medical office billing.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.

Posted Salary Range:
USD $ USD $26.
