Brookford is a leading provider of standard software, network technology, operating systems, IT, telephone systems, Linux, Microsoft Windows, IT support, hardware, and configuration solutions.

We are currently seeking a motivated full-time or part-time IT Support employee to join our existing IT team at Deutsche Oelfabrik Dr.

Grandel GmbH & Co. KG, the management company of a chemical group with three medium-sized production facilities. Our services include accounting, human resources, insurance, and IT support.


As an IT Support employee, your responsibilities will include receiving and resolving user, hardware, and system issues in collaboration with the team.

You will also be responsible for configuring, documenting, installing, troubleshooting, and delivering hardware and software solutions.

Additionally, you will be responsible for installing updates, hotfixes, and new releases, as well as managing user accounts and permissions in various applications.


To be successful in this role, you should have a completed IT education or equivalent qualification, a strong interest in information technology and new technologies, and preferably some experience in user support and management.

You should also have a good understanding of Windows systems, standard software, network technologies, and ideally, knowledge of Linux and other operating systems.

Knowledge of standard IT components such as PCs, laptops, printers, peripherals, and smartphones, as well as experience with telephone systems, is also desirable.

Fluency in German and proficiency in technical English, both written and spoken, is required. You should also possess strong self-management skills
