Benefits Manager:

Description

Plans, manages, develops, and coordinates a wide variety of intermediate and complex large scale projects and project teams with a crossfunctional focus in an effort to enhance and promote a multitude of employee benefit plan activities including operations, implementations, documentation, initiatives and offerings; provides leadership and guidance in support of operational activities to ensure smooth delivery of program solutions and services; may plan, manage and coordinate a range of programs and related activities for the assigned office.

Qualifications
Required

Any combination of education and experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field.
Six (6) years of progressively more responsible experience in benefits administration, one (1) year of which shall have been in project or program management involving the execution of complex enterprisewide projects based on employee benefits.
Understanding of project management skills and can prioritize workload and multiple deliverables.
Ability to successfully manage largescale complex projects through to ontime completion.
Facilitation and leadership skills and the ability to establish and maintain collaborative working relationships with multidisciplinary teams.
Attention to detail, critical thinking skills, and the ability to make effective business decisions and implement solutions.
Skill in using project management technologies.
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
