- Full-cycle recruiting ownership to include: resume review, sourcing, initial interviews, candidate communication/follow up, facilitating feedback sessions, and extending offers
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies to meet the hiring goals for hard-to-fill and highly specialized positions
- Identify and effectively manage a strong pool of highly qualified candidate
- Support or lead project initiatives both within the recruiting team and cross-functionally within our broader People Operations team
- 2+ years of recruiting experience with a proven track record of success meeting performance goals
- Familiarity and experience using Greenhouse ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline preferred
- Excellent persuasive communication and savvy interpersonal skills with a proven ability to take initiative and build strong productive relationships internally and externally
- Experience with creating new recruiting approaches beyond job boards and 3rd party recruiters to include sourcing of passive candidates, networking, social media, referral programs, etc.
- High level of attention to detail and ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
- Proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Cash Compensation Range: $55,000-$85,000*

Our recruiters wear many hats but are primarily responsible for partnering with hiring managers to build and carry out a process that enables us to attract, hire, and retain top talent all while focusing on building diverse teams and providing a top notch candidate experience.
As a full time RV recruiter, you'll represent the company's people-forward culture through your talent work supporting its owned and operated digital brands and its partner-facing teams.
The right candidate will play a vital role in developing recruiting strategies for various position groups within Red Ventures. Specific position focus will depend on need but will be heavily focused on the search for Digital Marketing, Business Support, and Creative Professionals.
