    Description

    Genpak - Recruiting Specialist Position

    This role will operate on a hybrid schedule.

    • Responsible for managing the full recruiting process across the organization, including interviewing and recommending candidates for various roles.
    • Requires strong interviewing skills, knowledge of modern recruiting methods, and familiarity with the company's structure.
    • Extensive understanding of HR practices and employment laws is essential.
    • Develops staffing strategies, enhances recruitment systems, and oversees various sourcing programs.

    Key Job Requirements:

    • Customizes recruitment plans based on discussions with hiring managers.
    • Keeps updated on innovative recruitment approaches.
    • Regularly engages with leaders and employees to build relationships and identify new prospects.
    • Maintains contact with potential candidates to ensure a steady talent pipeline.
    • Coordinates the entire interview process and handles candidate logistics.
    • Establishes relationships with educational institutions and organizations for candidate sourcing.
    • Participates in job fairs to attract qualified candidates.
    • Manages temporary staff headcount and external recruitment partnerships.
    • Coordinates onboarding, immigration, and relocation processes.
    • Updates requisition statuses and supports AA goals.

    Required Education, Experience, & Skills:

    • Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Marketing, or Business Administration preferred.
    • Minimum of 4 years in recruiting/staffing.
    • Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
    • Must safeguard confidential information.
    • Strong time management skills for a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficient in written and verbal communication.
    • Skilled in MS Office, especially in Excel and HR metrics.
