Neu-Isenburg, we are currently looking for
a Production Team Leader (m/f/d).

Main task:


  • Ensuring timely production in the responsible area, taking into account aspects of costeffectiveness, quality, occupational safety, and the environment.

Key responsibilities:


  • Capacity and production planning in the responsible area, taking into account costeffectiveness.
  • Implementation and monitoring of process optimization in the responsible area.
  • Setting up and dismantling machines, scheduling and providing materials.
  • Recording, evaluating, and analyzing performance indicators, as well as deriving and initiating resulting measures.
  • Ensuring and monitoring troubleshooting, cleaning, and maintenance intervals.
  • Analyzing, resolving, and documenting malfunctions.
  • Disciplinary and professional management of employees assigned to the area.
  • Organizing and conducting training and instructions on occupational safety, quality requirements, and process changes.
  • Shift planning and vacation planning.
  • Requesting necessary auxiliary and operating materials.
  • Conducting quality checks in production according to specifications.
  • Compliance with regulations for occupational safety and environmental issues.
  • Implementation and compliance with companyprescribed work processes.
  • Acceptance of tools and production equipment.
