Description
Tennant is looking for a SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR (M/W/D) for IM DEVICE-MANAGEMENT with a focus on MacOS. This is a full-time position based in Cologne.

As a member of the Device-Management team, you will be responsible for managing end devices (Windows, MacOS, Android, and iOS) both remotely and on-site at various locations.

Your main tasks will include maintaining, updating, and improving the client environment, with a specific focus on MacOS-based devices.

This will involve developing policies, particularly in regards to current security recommendations and standards, as well as shaping our MacOS client strategy.

You will also provide 2nd-level support (via phone, remote, and on-site) and work in our ticketing system.

Additionally, you will simplify administrative tasks through the use of scripts and contribute to the planning, management, and support of IT projects and initiatives (such as major MacOS updates and quality assurance).
