What to expect?

Core tasks:

• Cash flow controlling for various companies in foreign and domestic markets
• Communication with accountants and tax advisors of different companies in foreign and domestic markets
• Preparation and provision of documents, as well as review of reports and annual financial statements
• Bookkeeping for companies, review of business transactions
• Assistance in the preparation of annual financial statements for different companies
• Verification and review of tax assessments in coordination with tax advisors
• Assistance in the creation of cash flow and profit forecasts

• Data entry in data management tools
• Review and payment of invoices, as well as document management
• Preparation, review, and sending of outgoing invoices
• Potential analysis for efficiency improvement as a basis for object control with the team

What should you bring?

• Strong interest in accounting and controlling
• Successfully completed training or degree in accounting
• Languages: Fluent in English, German and other languages (e.g. Spanish, Danish) desirable
• Excellent Office 365 skills (EXCEL, WORD, PPT)
