Description

Job Title: Instructional Designer

Duration: 6 Months (Potential to Extend)

Location: Bellevue (Hybrid)

Pay Rate: $45.47

Current ID's don't have time to handle customer requests and editing already created content for self-trainings
Job Details: The Associate logs into a workstation and the training populates for them and they call this In-App Training. A lot of self directed/e-learning program experience would stand out for a candidate.
Less of the Instructor Led type training (facilitator guides example) and more of the e-learning programs.
They don't need IDs that have created training programs from scratch, more so working to modify and edit training programs in place.
Buzzwords: Scorm files, CMI5 files, eLearning, Self Directed Learning, Javascript (basic understanding), Articulate.
Domain/Environment Size: Open on company size experience (Start Up to Fortune 500) as an ID. Domain experience around warehousing/manufacturing/supply chain would stand out in a candidate's background. Open to other Industries like Healthcare.
Certifications: Not Required
Education: Not Required
Years of Experience: 2+ years as an Instructional Designer and a little more tenured in their career that just got into the ID space. There is a lot of stakeholder management so the ability to work with stakeholders to manage that partnership would be ideal.
Tactical Aspects of this Job: Articulate Suite of Tools like Storyline & Rise. Quip and Asana familiarity would be helpful if they have that as well.
