Building Porter - Brooklyn, United States - Private Co-op

Description

Residential building is seeking a porter.

Duties will include, but not limited to:

• upkeep of grounds, building exteriors and management office, parking lots and common areas of multifamily residential buildings, including bathrooms;

- regular daily trash removal and recycling;
- moving large heavy pieces of furniture;
- operating cleaning equipment such as buffing machine;
- snow removal.
- has building maintenance related experience;
- has basic knowledge of conversational English and authorization to work in USA;
- can use a phone to take pictures;
- is hardworking and able to work with mínimal supervision.


Pay:
$ $26.88 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
