    We're Hiring - Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - ABS Kids

    Looking to join a reputable ABA company founded and managed by experienced BCBAs? At ABS Kids, we're on a mission to empower children with autism spectrum disorder and their families through personalized ABA therapy.

    What We Offer:

    • $85,000 per year with a lucrative monthly bonus plan
    • $5,000 sign-on bonus & relocation package
    • Manageable caseloads with ten clients per BA on average

    Who We're Looking For:

    • Passionate individuals dedicated to helping children with autism and their families
    • High integrity and commitment to quality
    • Transparent, innovative, and accessible Behavior Analysts
    • Master's degree and BCBA certification preferred
    • Must be proficient in English and Spanish
