Your tasks

  • Participation in the setup of the IT infrastructure and support of office and production systems
  • Advising and training colleagues in solving complex requests in the office and shop floor area
  • Analyzing and clarifying problems with internal and external partners
  • Handling of disruptions and requests in the ticket system (2nd level support)
