The Hessian Gymnastics Association (HTV) is the largest membership organization under the umbrella of the Hessian Sports Federation, with over 550,000 members in more than 2,100 gymnastics and sports clubs. The HTV is responsible for recreational and health sports, as well as amateur and competitive sports. The Hessian Gymnastics Youth is the youth organization of the HTV and with approximately 250,000 members, it is one of the largest children and youth organizations in Hesse.

To strengthen the Hessian Gymnastics Youth, we are looking for a
Project Coordinator for School Trips (m/f/d) at our location in Alsfeld, starting as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities with us:

Working with the Hessian Gymnastics Youth, with a focus on organizing, planning, and administratively managing the school trips department
Supervising and implementing sports and adventure activities (indoor/outdoor)
Advising schools and teachers
Implementing training measures for teachers
Close collaboration with the team at the gymnastics center
Project and event management
Quality assurance and conceptual development of offers

Your qualifications:

A background in sports, supported by a completed vocational qualification in the field of sports or adventure education, event management, or a Bachelor's/Master's degree in sports science/teaching or a degree with a focus on sports, or another professional qualification with
