ABOUT THE POSITION:

As the Warehouse Supervisor at Triple-S Steel, you will oversee all distribution processes, including but not limited to Shipping, Put-away, Cycle Counting, Picking, Packing, and Returns. This role entails managing warehouse employees, handling processes, and ensuring that objectives such as productivity, quality, and on-time shipments are achieved. The Warehouse Supervisor will also work on the warehouse floor when needed to support their team.

Responsibilities:

Ensure warehouse personnel are efficiently assigned to meet deadlines for all processes.
Direct production, shipping, cost, quality, and safety efforts to meet goals.
Make decisions to maintain daily operational objectives.
Monitor operations, procedures, and employees to ensure quality and productivity standards.
Enforce all Triple S Steel policies for all employees.
Assist in training new employees and handling incident reports.
Provide INVEX Support and perform other assigned duties.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or GED equivalent
Three years of distribution experience, preferably in steel distribution

Knowledge/Skills/Competencies:

Strong Computer Literacy
Proven track record in meeting company objectives
Effective supervisory, planning, and organizational skills
Demonstrated leadership, innovation, and motivational abilities
