As an engineer at Deutsche Bahn, you can plan, manage, or supervise something that will remain: the infrastructure for future generations.

We are currently looking for you as a Contract and Claim Manager (m/f/d) for DB Engineering & Consulting GmbH at our location in Hannover.
Your tasks:
  • As a Contract and Claim Manager, you will oversee complex planning and construction contracts with high order volumes and are responsible for process and guideline-compliant contract processing, documentation, and quality assurance
  • Your tasks include participating in early detection and evaluation of project risks and potential claim situations, as well as initiating appropriate countermeasures
  • You participate in claim negotiations and reliably handle their preparation and follow-up; in addition, you implement negotiation results in the interest of project success
  • In coordination with project managers, you prepare written submissions, target-actual comparisons, and all documents related to claims
  • You always keep an eye on the development of contracts and claims
Your profile:
  • You have successfully completed a university degree, preferably in civil engineering
