    PERI is currently looking for an Regional Sales Manager (RAM) to join our team The primary responsibility of PERI's RAM is to grow the market share and all revenue generation within assigned geographic area. Leads and develops the sales team to achieve regional growth, revenue targets, and customer satisfaction. Responsible for developing and implementing the regional sales strategy in alignment with national strategy. Plans, monitors, and directs sales resources to ensure market coverage and sales performance throughout the geographic area.Provides leadership and coaching consistent with PERI's leadership principals, mission, and values by setting clear expectations and performance goals for their sales team.

    What you'll do in a typical day:

    • Creates and implements an effective sales strategy to ensure market share growth that includes sales resource planning, revenue forecasting, and revenue growth across business models.
    • Ensures all financial, compliance, and contractual requirements are achieved, and PERI's risk is minimized.
    • Conducts regular one-on-one and group sales review sessions to steer, motivate, coach, and develop sales team members.
    • Assists in the qualification and closure of key business opportunities.
    • Analyzes current market conditions, customer research, competitor activity, and adjust sales strategy accordingly.
    • Utilizes and drives the use of sales tools and resources.
    • Leads, steers, coaches, and mentors the sales team to identify business risks and opportunities in line with specific goals.
    • Ensures sales team has effective time and territory plans to ensure maximize in-person customer interactions to build and maintain relationship, to gain understanding of requirements and needs, provide support with current and future projects, and finalize contracts.
    • Engages customers to review customer satisfaction, accelerate conflict resolution, and evaluate team performance.
    • Ensures all core functions of direct reports are maintained and performed at all times.
    What you'll need to be successful:
    • Bachelor's degree in business, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, or a closely related field
    • 5 years of experience in the construction industry, including each of the following:
    • 5 years of experience in formwork and shoring sales
    • 3 years of experience in sales management;
    • 2 years of experience in formwork and shoring project management
    • 2 years of experience in business development;
    • 2 years of experience conducting market analysis;
    • and 2 years of experience using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software system
