Job Description:


Z Modular, a division of Zekelman Industries, seeks a
Project Coordinator to oversee the communications and documentation of our modular units in
Chandler, AZ, Austin, TX. Reporting to the General Manager, Project Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of site-specific compliance documentation, as well as ensuring frequent progress communication with customers. The Project Coordinator will work with the Project Manager, Project Engineer, Site Superintendent and be assigned tasks set by them as needed.


Responsibilities:


  • Primarily function as data keeper site specific safety, training, and orientation documentation.
  • Assist Compliance Coordinator and Project Engineers with jobsite compliance tracking.
  • Supports set up of field offices providing proper compliance postings and safety / PPE.
  • Assist with maintenance of all project logs.
  • Assist with change orders with client, architects, and engineers.
  • Assist with the project closeout manuals and distribution.
  • Track all materials purchases for the project.
  • Track and file all Bill of Lading documents for material deliveries on site.
  • Order supplies for job office and project
  • Create job site binders.
  • Assists Safety Team with inventory maintenance of PPE on site.
  • Attend weekly OAC coordination meetings/calls.
  • Other duties as assignment by management.

Job Requirements
Specific qualifications for the Project Coordinator role include:


  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a manufacturing construction environment utilizing degree in respective discipline.
  • Regular, fulltime, predictable onsite attendance per the posted schedule is an essential function of this role.
  • Lead and promote health and safety work practices as required by regulatory agencies and company policy.
