+ Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, understanding their business needs and aligning them with our solutions. + Identify and recruit new partners to expand the partner network, ensuring they meet the company's standards and strategic goals. + Provide training and ongoing support to partners, ensuring they are well-equipped to promote and sell our products/services.
The Partner Account Manager develops relationships with partners to ensure effective execution of joint GTM with Outreach's partner ecosystem.
The role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication and organizational skills who can drive partner success and ensure mutual growth.
