    We are seeking a Property Management Assistant to become a part of our team You will help plan and facilitate all tenant and property management activities.

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee and coordinate vendor relationships + transactions
    • Attract, assist and educate new tenants
    • Answer, investigate and resolve tenant complaints
    • Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
    • Input payments, credits, bills etc on property management system
    • Enforce property and associations' rules and regulations

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in property management or other related fields
    • Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases + property management software, ideally Appfolio
    • Ability to build rapport with tenants and vendors
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
