The Opportunity:

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of experience with program management
Experience with DoD processes
Ability to guide a diverse team of military, civilians, and contractors toward a common goal
Ability to comprehend technical information quickly and translate it for comprehension at all experience and seniority levels
Familiarity with Microsoft Office (specifically MS Word and MS PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, and SharePoint
Strong organization skills to facilitate Integrated Product Team (IPT) and Working Group meetings

Desired Qualifications:

Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
Experience within NAVWAR and/or PEO C4I
Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification or DAWIA equivalent certification

Salary: 75K-100K

Location:
San Diego, CA (hybrid)

Security Clearance level:
Secret clearance
