Role Overview: As a Principal/Lead Data Scientist, you will be at the forefront of our data science efforts, playing a crucial role in shaping the future of our manufacturing processes and strategic decision-making. You will lead a talented team of data scientists and work closely with cross-functional teams to utilize data-driven insights that optimize operations, improve product quality, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of data scientists to deliver impactful insights and solutions.
  • Develop advanced machine learning algorithms and statistical models to optimize manufacturing processes, enhance product quality, and increase operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality assurance teams to identify data-driven opportunities for process optimization and innovation.
  • Drive the development and implementation of predictive maintenance strategies to maximize equipment uptime and minimize downtime.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable data science projects.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and manufacturing technology to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
