    This role, though non-supervisory, is a pivotal part of our innovative sales team, offering a dynamic mix of responsibilities to keep you engaged and excitedWhat You'll Do:Engage and Impress: Be the friendly face and voice of QDI Surfaces by answering calls, greeting customers, and assisting walk-in sales

    Product Guru:
    Showcase your knowledge of our incredible product line, addressing customer inquiries, and providing expert advice

    Team Collaboration:
    Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues

    Networking Extraordinaire:
    Attend industry events, build connections, and contribute to our growing success

    Marketing Maven:
    Dive into exciting marketing projects assigned by our GM or Operations Manager

    Organizational Wizard:
    Keep things running smoothly by managing office supplies, maintaining the sample room, and updating inventories

    What You Bring:
    Acctivate Experience a plus, but not requiredExperience & Expertise: 3-5 years in customer service or office management, with a preference for those familiar with the natural stone industry
