Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented Content Specialist with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Adobe Creative Suite to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
1.
Image Management:
Oversee the organization, editing, and uploading of product images for all three company websites.
2.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure all product images meet quality standards, including resolution, color accuracy, and consistency using Adobe Creative Suite to enhance, resize, crop and retouching.
3.Collaboration:
Coordinate with various teams including marketing, e-commerce, and product management to ensure timely and accurate image updates.
4.
Inventory Management:
Use Excel to maintain detailed records of image inventory and ensure that all products have the required number of images according to company standards.
5.Troubleshooting:
Address any image-related issues promptly, including broken links, missing images, or incorrect placements.
6.
Optimization:
Implement best practices for image optimization to improve website performance and user experience.
7.
Documentation:
Maintain detailed documentation and guidelines for image management processes to ensure consistency and efficiency.
8.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated on industry trends and technologies related to image management and suggest improvements to existing processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and organization.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator, for image editing and manipulation.
- Previous experience in website content management.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fastpaced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
- Proactive problemsolving skills and ability to work independently.
- HTML knowledge, a plus.
- Knowledge of STEP/Stibo Master Data Management Platform, a plus.
