As a Process Developer for E-Mobility at Waskom, you will be an essential part of an interdisciplinary project team.

From vision to series production, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the success of our company in a versatile way.

Your responsibilities will include technical, cost-related, and organizational/coordination components.

Your tasks will include:

Process development for assembly within the product development cycle in the E-Mobility sector
Project planning and procurement of assembly equipment and fixtures
Development, implementation, and optimization of assembly and manufacturing processes
Creation of feasibility studies and processes to increase productivity and improve quality and cost efficiency
Support of international manufacturing sites in terms of assembly processes/equipment

- (Partial) project management for projects in the assembly area

Your profile:

Completed (technical) university degree in mechanical engineering, production technology, mechatronics, or further education as a technician
Good knowledge of design, control technology, and manufacturing processes
Very good German and good English skills in spoken and written form
Willingness to travel, including internationally
Knowledge of project management
