Your responsibilities:

  • You support a young person with disabilities in their daily life at a school, daycare, workshop, or residential group
  • This ensures opportunities for development, equal opportunities, and inclusion
  • You provide assistance with educational and practical tasks, as well as support for selfhelp
  • You help build relationships with others and promote social integration
  • You integrate into the respective system (school/daycare/residential group)

Your profile:

  • You enjoy working with children or adolescents with disabilities
  • A completed education in the social/educational/pedagogical field, or applicants with equivalent practical experience are also welcome
  • You recognize the individual support needs in daily life and act as an advocate, assistant, and caregiver for the entrusted child
  • You have strong empathetic and communication skills
  • You are responsible, trustworthy, and 100% reliable
