- Audit Coordination: Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits, provide necessary documentation, and address audit findings in a timely manner.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax regulations, statutory requirements, and other financial obligations.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes, enhance efficiency, and strengthen internal controls.
- Team Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to finance team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification is required.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in accounting and finance roles, with a focus on financial reporting and analysis.
- Strong understanding of GAAP, internal controls, and financial systems.
- Experience with ERP systems and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and influence stakeholders.
