You are an HR all-rounder* and want to contribute your broad expertise to the personnel development of a young, dynamic company? Then you've come to the right place. We are looking for a full-time/part-time HR generalist (m/f/d) - hybrid work for our location in Frankfurt am Main.

Your responsibilities:

  • You support our employees in all personnel-related matters, from hiring to leaving the company
  • In coordination with the departments, you shape the recruiting process, from needs analysis to candidate selection, conducting interviews, and creating employment contracts
  • You actively develop topics such as personnel development, employer branding, and new working culture
  • You actively participate in the conception and implementation of necessary organizational guidelines and future-oriented, agile organizational structures
  • You are responsible for maintaining employee data in our HR system and transferring salary data to our payroll accounting
