Instructional Designer (TS with Full Scope Poly-REQUIRED)

The Sponsor requires services of consultants in the areas of communications, marketing and branding, instructional design, user interface design, and web development, to fulfill its mission.

These efforts will take Sponsor technology products and design release strategies that are engaging and clear for consumption by the rest of the Sponsor's analytic cadre.

This will promote the Sponsor's brand and reputation for creating revolutionary technology products.

Contractors who support these functions will perform as members of multiple teams, both formal and informal, some of which are project-oriented and others administratively aligned.

As such, flexibility will be crucial.

Instructional Design

Demonstrated experience evaluating instructional content and conveying recommendations for improvement to instructors.
Demonstrated experience in instructional design or adult education.
Demonstrated experience with best practices in inperson and virtual instructional concepts.

Web Development

Demonstrated experience developing sites in WordPress.
Demonstrated experience meeting customer needs within the constraints of a web development platform, such as designing a capability to function using only available plugins.

Communications

Demonstrated experience in communications, public relations, or other related area.
Demonstrated experience preparing written communications for a large audience, such as a group of 1,000 or more people.
Demonstrated experience in recommending and designing engaging marketing and branding content.

Skills and demonstrated experiences that are highly desired but not required to perform the work include:

Instructional Design

Demonstrated experience using Adobe Connect.
Demonstrated experience using Moodle.
Certifications:
Instructional Design or Adult Education

Web Development

Demonstrated experience writing HTML.
Demonstrated experience developing websites in the Sponsor's version of Wordpress.
Demonstrated experience participating in marketing and branding efforts.

Communications

Demonstrated experience participating in marketing and branding efforts.
Demonstrated experience facilitating visualization or design concept meetings.
Demonstrated experience in recommending and designing engaging content such as marketing and branding materials, for the Sponsor and its broader organization.
