As a Controller in the VILSA corporate group, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Participation in the annual planning for the individual companies within the VILSA group
  • Preparation of shortterm income statements
  • Independent monitoring and control of individual budgets using cost center accounting, including the necessary accounting tasks
  • Participation in the annual closing activities
  • Participation in the development of contribution margin calculations
  • Preparation of business analyses
  • Preparation of cash flow statements and investment analyses
  • Preparation of reports and decision proposals for the company's committees
  • Participation in the development and maintenance of monthly financial reporting
  • Management and further development of BIbased reporting for production and logistics, including various ad hoc evaluations
  • Identification of weaknesses or potential for optimization in operational areas, as well as accompanying measures derived from them (handson mentality)

What we expect:

  • Completed degree in business administration or alternatively a completed commercial apprenticeship with several years of practical experience
  • Several years of professional experience in controlling in an industrial company
  • Knowledge of accounting
  • Clear and structured way of thinking and working
  • Good understanding of processes and ability to analyze them
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High flexibility and resilience
