Hours: 8am - 5pm
Salary:
$ 17.00 / Hr
Location: Work-from Home + Field-based role. Local travel is up to 50-60%. Dependable vehicle, car insurance, valid driver's license (Mileage Reimbursed)**

What You Need to Know:
***:The field Supervisor is responsible for the effective supervision of Care Partners. This position monitors the activity of Care Partners to ensure that services are being provided to clients in accordance with individualized service plans and state regulations.
What does a Field Supervisor do?
- Complete required quality inhome Compliance visits
- This necessitates the Field Sup to travel to multiple clients' homes nearly every day/week.
- Leading First Aid and CPR certification classes
- First, the Field Sup will become certified in First Aid-CPR themselves.
- Secondly, the Field Sup will be trained on how to be a Trainer.
- Field Sup will then provide training to their branch's caregivers as needed.
- Lead New Hire Caregiver Orientation and training.
- This is a new caregiver's first day of employment with us.
- Completing new client Opening paperwork
- Meet with new clients.
- Identify their needs via services.
- Identify preferred visit cadence (days of week, times of day)
- Fieldbased role. Local travel is up to 5060%. Would need a dependable vehicle, car insurance, valid driver's license. Bilingual preferred but not required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Two (2) years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting OR Sixty (60) hours of college credit, required.
- OR Can substitute one (1) year of supervisory experience with Thirty (30) hours of college credit.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Must be able to work in a variety of environmental conditions.
- Must be sensitive to the needs of the aged and disabled and conscientious about servicing client's needs.
- Knowledgeable of all State requirements under the Primary Home Care Program.
- Ability to handle crisis situations as well as do problem solving intervention.
- Ability to process time sensitive material in a timely manner.
