    Description


    Sales ManagerBrooklyn, NY (Hybrid)$100,000-$150,000 + commission Our client is seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead their sales team and drive revenue growth.

    The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building sales teams from scratch and achieving significant revenue growth through effective sales strategies.


    Responsibilities:
    Build and lead a high-performing sales team from the ground up, including recruiting, hiring, and training top talent.
    Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
    Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
    Establish and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and strategic partners.
    Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective lead generation and marketing campaigns.
    Monitor and report on sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts, providing actionable insights to the executive team.
    Ensure adherence to sales processes, policies, and compliance regulations.
    Participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote the company's products and services.


    Qualifications:


    Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Minimum of 5 years of sales management experience, preferably in the security or technology industry.

    Proven track record of building successful sales teams from scratch and achieving significant revenue growth, with clear numbers to demonstrate success.

    Experience in exceeding sales targets and quotas consistently.
    Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
    Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on sales metrics and market trends.
    Knowledge of sales methodologies, CRM systems, and sales automation tools.
    Willingness to travel as required.
    This position can be remote but the sales manager will need to have the ability to go into office.
