Your responsibilities:

  • Support in implementing sourcing strategies, methods, solutions, and processes, as well as cost optimization in the area of direct goods
  • Search for new suppliers and alternative materials
  • Creation and execution of inquiries, including preparation of offer comparisons
  • Support, preparation, and participation in negotiations and contracts
  • Independently handle negotiations and contracts for defined areas
  • Responsible for strategic and tactical procurement of direct goods
  • Support in evaluation and risk assessment
  • Assistance in developing a sustainability matrix for the direct goods area
  • Independent maintenance of procurementrelated master data in SAP (e.g. purchasing info records, materials, suppliers, etc.)
  • Processing of invoice workflows for SAP
  • MM orders
  • Additional expert for: utility value analyses and cost reductions

Your profile:

  • Training as an industrial clerk, wholesale and foreign trade clerk, or completed degree in business administration
  • Ideally, some professional experience in the procurement field
  • Strong communication skills, sociability, and
