Retail Merchandiser - Phoenix, United States - Hispanic Market Developer

Job Summary:
Duties:
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards in assigned retail locations
- Set up displays and arrange merchandise to highlight product features
- Ensure products are stocked, organized, and appealing to customers
- Collaborate with store managers to execute merchandising plans effectively
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs
- Follow planograms to create visually appealing product displays
- Conduct regular store visits to assess merchandising compliance and provide feedback
Experience:
- Previous experience in retail merchandising or related field preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers effectively
- Knowledge of retail math principles for inventory management and sales analysis
- Training development skills to educate store staff on merchandising best practices
- Excellent organizational and administrative abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Multilingual abilities may be advantageous for diverse customer interactions
- Familiarity with store management procedures and protocols
- Clear communication skills to interact with store personnel, managers, and customers
Job Types:

Up to $20.00 per hour
