Responsibilities:


  • THE ROLE:_


In this role, you will manage a high volume of data entry, ensuring accurate documentation of client service agreements in our billing system.

You'll collaborate with internal and external partners to resolve discrepancies and uphold the integrity of our client relationships.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Input high volumes of client service authorization data across branches accurately
  • Notify regional centers promptly about authorization issues and facilitate branch communications
  • Collaborate with accounting to resolve billing discrepancies related to authorizations
  • Coordinate with branch locations to streamline authorization data collection processes
  • Ensure adherence to data entry standards and accuracy benchmarks
You will collaborate with your dynamic team in person once a month at our corporate office.

  • The expected California Pay Range for this position is $24.00/hour._
