Responsibilities:

Define and optimize transport processes for maximum efficiency
Establish and maintain company networks, including ASA and Airbus GmbH
Implement service level agreements (SLAs)
IT adaptation and integration with a focus on transport apps
Analyze and improve all transport processes to increase productivity
Manage inbound and outbound transports to achieve service level goals
Develop new processes in collaboration with management for service excellence
Coordinate transport flows between different Airbus locations
Conduct controlling measures for service providers and effective complaint management
