We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a genuine interest in energy, technology, and a passion to deliver products for a growing company.

The B2C Operations Data Quality Analyst is responsible for the activities and processes that monitor the quality of data within our billing and transactions systems.

It is the responsibility of this analyst to review data reports and research and resolve data issues while completing related daily operational activities.


Reporting into the VP, B2C Operations, the role requires self-motivated, dedicated, and responsible individual with the ability to perform well under pressure.


JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Review reporting and data to identify potential problems within billing and transactions systems.
  • Evaluate large amounts of data for quality and accuracy.
  • As issues arise, determine root cause and make recommendations for longterm solutions.
  • Develop and manage quality control activities of data.
  • Preform operational process that correct or maintain data within the system.
  • Assist in developing and completing testing plans for upcoming projects and enhancements.
  • Provide metric reporting to management
  • Maintain documentation for compliance reporting and audits.
  • Consistently review current processes for enhancements and efficiency opportunities.
  • Interact and collaborate with team members and other internal departments.
  • Flexible and happy to deal with frequently shifting priorities and projects.
  • Other duties as assigned

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems or related field preferred
  • 3+ years in highly analytical data analyst role
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills; must be able to provide timely and accurate data analysis.
  • Strong business writing skills and experience developing communication in various formats.
  • Learner mindset and eye for continuous improvement needs.
  • Organization and time management skills, with the ability to maintain a strict level of attention to detail
  • Ability to work well within a team environment and demonstrate a vested interest in team goals and objectives
  • Ability to meet deadlines, learn quickly and demonstrate effective problem solving and followup skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to establish and maintain positive and effective working relationships
  • Selfmotivated with the desire to consistently improve performance and gain further knowledge
