    Previous experience with a general contractorPrevious experience in a project management role with the ability to execute multiple projects and/or simultaneouslyAbility to organize necessary resources, including people, tools, and time to meet tight deadlines and achieve desired resultsTake initiative and seek responsibilityFoster positive relationships with colleagues, clients, subcontractors, and vendorsCommercial or Industrial construction experience
