    Job Description:

    As a Senior Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for developing custom solutions on the Salesforce platform for our clients. You will work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and translate them into effective and efficient Salesforce solutions. You will also collaborate with other members of the project team, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure that project objectives are met.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, and other programming languages.
    • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
    • Work with project team members to define project requirements, scope, and timelines.
    • Participate in project planning, including creating and maintaining project documentation, such as project plans, status reports, and issue logs.
    • Provide regular updates to project stakeholders on project status, risks, and issues.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce applications.
    • Maintain a high level of technical expertise in Salesforce, including staying up-to-date with the latest releases and features.

    Qualifications:

    • Salesforce Advanced certification is required.
    • At least 3 years of experience working as a Salesforce developer.
    • Strong knowledge of Salesforce development tools, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning.
    • Experience with Salesforce integration using APIs or other programming languages.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with team members and clients to achieve project objectives.
    • Strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
